I exercised yesterday...




Today is my 2nd Fast day this week. I'm going to try to stick with Tues/Thur but will be flexible based on my week. Based on the picture above, my schedule is about the only thing that is flexible. I went jogging last night. My intent was to run, but the only thing that came out was a jog (at best), this is largely due to the fact that my BUTT muscles were cramping. How is that even possible?!

I ran/walked (5K Runner Week 1/Day 1) Monday, and my hamstrings were a little sore Tuesday. I drank tons of water (10 8 oz. cups to be exact) so I just figured I hadn't stretched well enough on Monday and would do better yesterday. So before running I stretched, then did my 5 minute walk warm up, and then 55 seconds into my first minute run my left butt cheek when biserk! Honestly, I'm no athlete, so I'm not sure if it was firing off or cramping, and the only thing I accomplished when describing it to my husband, was bringing him the realization of just how out of shape I am. I am sure that was a proud moment for him, seeing that he watches Cross Fit competitions in his free time.

Anyway, today the butt doesn't hurt so much...I stretched it a lot last night. (Get your mind out of the gutter! I ran yesterday, I was WAY too tired for that!) But when I crawled out of bed this morning every single other muscle in my body ached...especially my shoulders. I am seriously pathetic!

Moving on, and know you are all dying to know what I am eating today, right?! Well don't get too excited, because I was too lazy to cook the homemade meals I pinned, so nothing new here. (And it's only 12:30 p.m., so anything after lunch is a "plan" and is subject to change...you know, should I hold a knife to my husband's throat or hold up a McDonalds or something.)

7:00 a.m. - 24 oz. water
8:00 a.m. - 6 oz. Coffee - 10 Cal.
9:30 a.m. - 24 oz. water
10:00 a.m. - 8 oz. Coffee - 10 Cal.
12:00 p.m. - Chicken & Stars Soup on the Go - 70 Cal. & 1/2 Can Tuna - 50 Cal., Diet Caffine Free Coke (don't judge) - 0 Cal.
1:00 p.m. - 24 oz. water
2:30 p.m. - 1/3 Cup. Fresh Pineapple - 27 Cal.
3:30 p.m. - 8 oz. Decaf Coffee - 10 Cal.
5:30 p.m. - 24 oz. water
6:30 p.m. - 5 oz. Salmon Filet - 260, 10 Asparagus Spears - 41 Cal.
7:30 p.m. - Hunt's Sugar Free Orange Jello - 5 Cal.

Total Calories - 479 474
